Pete Gluszek Pro angler and fishing guideCome Fish the Northeast's
Upper Chesapeake or Delaware River.

Welcome to Pro Angler and Bass Guide Pete Gluszek. I would like to invite you to come spend a day bass fishing on the Upper Chesapeake or the Delaware River. Or better yet, come spend a day of fun and learning on one of my Special Fishing (lesson) Locations. I have lived near and fished the Delaware River and the Upper Chesapeake for over twenty years.  A lot of people don’t know what a great bass fishery they have right in their back yard.

Have you always wondered what it was like to fish with a Pro on one of those great bodies of water that the pros fish on Television? Here is your chance!

Pete's over 15 years of tournament competition experience allows him to assist his fishing customers in any fishing endeavor they undertake. Pete's passion is tournament fishing. He has won tournaments at all levels of both the Bass Anglers Sportsman Society and the FLW Outdoors tournament trails.  He has spent eight years fishing the Bassmaster Tournament Trails: Top 100, Top 150, Tour, Opens and Invitational's.

The Delaware River and the Upper Chesapeake offer some of the most exciting bass fishing that the Northeast has to offer. As a Full Time Pro angler and Bass Fishing Guide, I have the experience and knowledge clients are looking for so that they can get the very best Bass Fishing trip. Catching bass and creating memories that last a lifetime are what my bass fishing guide trips are all about! Because I specialize in bass fishing with artificial lures, you will have the opportunity to learn proven tactics as well as the latest cutting edge techniques to catch bass and improve your bass fishing skills. Spending a day on the water with Pete Gluszek you can expect much more during your trip than just catching bass. You will come away with a real understanding of what bass fishing is all about so that when you go home you can catch more and bigger bass yourself!

As required by law, I carry the United States Coast Guard license to guide on these waters. I carry the required current county business license and full commercial insurance.

I have dedicated my life to the sport of fishing, and to the preservation of our resources so that we may all continue to benefit from our natural outdoors.
In order to ensure a successful trip it is necessary for your expectations to be realistic based on our previous trips.

I STRONGLY PROMOTE CATCH AND RELEASE AND REPLICA MOUNTS.

More Fishing guide Service Information:

REGULAR RECREATIONAL:
Includes all fishing equipment/tackle, food/snacks and drinks. Also includes free fishing information/updates by phone or email on request.

WHAT I PROVIDE: I provide everything needed for a full day trip on the water, including tackle, rods, reels, snack food and drinks. There are stores on the water if needed. You may choose to bring rods/reels you are comfortable with, and some tackle of your own. I carry all the current baits so there's no need to bring much in the way of tackle. I do not charge extra for the use of my gear. You should plan to bring rain gear, even if rain is not predicted, and bring plenty of clothing if the weather is cool or cold.

FISHING LICENSE: Licenses are available at the launch sites, by phone or on-line. We are checked on the water from time to time by both wardens and the marine police. Licenses are the responsibility of the customer. At this time, guides are not allowed to sell licenses, or allow people to fish under a single guide license.

OTHER ITEMS: I provide life vests, and all legally required equipment on board. If you have special needs, special dietary requirements, or special medical conditions, let me know and we'll work out the details to make sure we have what we need for the trip.

WHERE TO MEET: Meeting place will be specified with respect to which lake and weather. It is important to contact me two or three days prior to the trip in order to finalize any plans, and discuss any weather or river related changes for the trip. Usually trips begin at safe light depending on weather. Exchanging cell phone numbers is a good idea in the event something happens during travel to a meeting place. Normally I give directions to the launch site and we begin and end at that location. My phone is (609)805-2280.

SEVERE WEATHER: Lightning or severe winds and rain can sometimes be a problem. If possible, I wait out passing severe weather in the bait shop or other shelter. If the severe weather is prolonged, other arrangements must be made, rescheduling, etc. Safety is a priority.

Cancellation Policy: All trips require a $100.00 deposit to secure a date. A seven day cancelation notice is required for a deposit refund. In the case of extreme weather (hurricane, tornado, ice or flood) every effort will be made to reschedule to trip. If the trip cannot be rescheduled a refund will be provided. Rain can provide some of the best fishing and therefore I don’t cancel trips due to rain.
